It is through the active participation of hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of well organized cancer advocates that together, we will be able to make cancer a global priority. The Local LIVESTRONG Armies are the mechanism for uniting cancer advocates and driving change.

Local LIVESTRONG Armies engage friends, families and community members in collective action to make cancer a priority. Led by cancer survivors and supporters, these Armies work within their local communities to raise awareness, reduce stigma and generate funding for the cancer fight.
